By using our services you are agreeing to the below mentioned Terms and Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that you have the priviledge to use our services freely on any guild (server) and that this priviledge might get revoked from you if you're subject to breaking the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and/or Community Guidelines of Discord Inc.
By using our service it may collect specific data as described in its Policy. The intended usage of this data is for core functionalities of our service such as command handling, guild-specific settings, and other features.
Our service may not be used by individuals under the minimal age described in Discord's Terms of Service. Doing so will be seen as a violation of these terms and will result in a removal of our service from any servers you own.
Our service is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc. Any direct connection to Discord or any of its trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim to have the copyright ownership of any of Discord's assets, trademarks or other intellectual property.
The service owner may not be made liable for individuals breaking these terms at any given time.
We reserve the right to update these terms at our own discretion, giving you a 1-week (7 days) period to opt out of these terms if you're not agreeing with the new changes. You may opt out by removing our service from any guild (server) you have the rights for.

The following items may be collected and stored when intentionally provided by a user. This data will not be collected automatically. When providing data in this way, you forego any rights to the content of the data provided.
This data may be collected automatically by our service. This data is used to provide statistics or history data. For any service that collects this data, it is necessary for features of said service.
This data may be collected when authorizing an application, such as when logging in to a site via Discord Oauth2. This data is also outlined on the authorization page.
All stored data is kept on protected servers. While storage methods vary, most data is kept within password-protected databases. Please keep in mind that even with these protections, no data can ever be 100% secure. All efforts are taken to keep your data secure and private, but its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Feedback on any and all provided services is appreciated. When you submit comments, suggestions, bug reports, and any other forms of feedback, you forego any rights to the content, title, or intent of the provided feedback. Additionally, the feedback may be utilized in any way.
By adding any of Daaf's services to your server or using these services in any way, you are consenting to the policies outlined in this document. In addition, you (the server manager) are agreeing to inform your members of the Developer Terms of Service and the contents of this document. If you, the server manager, do not agree to this document, you may remove the bot(s) from the server. If you, the server member, do not agree to this document, you may leave the server that contains the bot(s). If you, the service user, do not agree to this document, you may revoke authorization of the application(s) in your 'Authorized Apps' menu.
